Something you have to endure

I have lived here since 07/2008. Several things I think are hard to improve for management office, because they have got used to it.
First, cockroaches wander in droves at kitchen and bathroom day and night. Landlord had exterminator treat this problem twice, but only two days in effective.
Second, Neither cool enough in summer nor warm enough in winter, because landlord would turn down the air-conditioning and heater pump in order to reduce the cost, so you have to equip with personal fan and heater, otherwise it is hard to tough the seasons out.
Third, dumpsters truck promptly run around all community in the very early morning around 5:00 am or even earlier, it produces harsh clash sounds like wakeup calls to interrupt your good dreams.
Fourth, I read the Landlord newsletter that they contributed money and made efforts to public welfare, but ironically they did not see the run-down road of Evans Trail, the main entrance-exit for tenants to drive through, close to leasing center. Maybe this road's maintenance is not in their charge, so they do nothing.
