Powder Mill Village provides EXCELLENT service. I love my apartment and the friendly helpful staff. This is the only community I have found that includes all of the utilities. I am a University of Maryland Graduate student and I do not drive so having the shuttle bus is perfect for me. I have a dog and this community has been perfect for him. I love the amenities the most. The apartments are spacious from other apartments that I saw in the area. I LOVE ITTT!!!!!!!!!

Best of luck... we liked it at first too but after a couple years, the constant noise and roaches starts to wear on you. Utilities were the major bonus and why we stayed as long as we did.

Same here, I started off loving it, and then the toilet backed up flooding our entire apartment with the building's overflowing sewerage load. And once, we had some little kids just walk right into our apartment from the sliding door -- like they owned the place, and started swearing at us!
