OK for Low-Cost housing

PMV is decent for Low-Cost housing. Don't expect the air conditioning to work - Maintenance simply makes the excuse that everything is working fine, despite the inside temperature being 90' on a 100' day. Heat works just fine...
I lived in 2 PMV apartments over the period of 2 years, and each had serious problems with pests.
Parking is often a problem if you arrive after 9pm. Security is - being in Prince George's County, things are scary at times - There have been robberies at gun point in the parking lot, car windows smashed, and things stolen. Parking lots are not well lit, and at times there have been no parking left - which would require you to park in a residential area, sometimes over 2-3 blocks away from your building.
The office staff is friendly overall.
If you're a student at UMD on a limited budget, move here.. it's better than some of the apartments in college park.
Recycling - PMV claims to have recycling, which they do, but the recycling bins are NEVER emptied - forcing you to throw recyclables away.
