DO NOT MOVE HERE..lots of ROACHES...LEAKS...very poor management...incompetent personnel

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2007
since the very beginning, i have had a lot of roaches inside/outside the apartment...drug users in the perimeter...management cannot handle anything...no action whatsoever taken for emergencies except verbal assurance..no emergency personnel available on weekends..have hired the cheapest emergency guy, who cannot finish any maintenance job except installing shower-heads or duct-taping leaks
