When we first move din you really couldn't notice the windows was broken (SUmmer Time). As it got cold the wind was just coming throught the windows, I had a infant child when I moved in, and he stayed sick. I complained and no one I mwan no one came to fix the window. Do not ge mt started on the those eight legged creatures i see some many of them at night in the kitchen and bathroom it is horrible, the only thing I can say about the whole place is that he does not have any mice or rats. The only thing you are paying for is the community regardless of the non home trained kids that come around. You can really afford a house and good sservice off of the rent here. Take it like it is written complaining only helps the manager realize we are doing a stand up job.

That may be your case, when I moved in everything was great and has been since I moved there it is now going on 2 yrs. I do not have any eight legged creatures running around my kitchen or bathroom. When you moved in you should have done a pre-move in walk through and checked all those things first.
