Yes it is true that this place used to to be quiet and feels a little safe. it is also true that the grounds are well kept, and Ms. Watkins does make everyone feel like family.However much has changed and that is no more the case. A tenant was recently shot and killed by unknown assailant, and also a maryland state registered violent sexual offender has quietly moved in, and no one seem to notice. excessive problem of indiscriminate smoking of marijuana within the hallways by teens has become a part of daily life. Those with children must be carefull.
