I liked it when I lived there

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
 
It's been a few years since I lived here, but I just found this site.

This was the friendliest place I ever lived, and cheaper than what I had to pay after I moved to Northern VA. Buildings a bit old, but maintenance guy was nice. Management really seemed to care about current residents instead of only paying attention to prospective renters like most places.
