I have read the other comments and yet I agree and both disagree. I have lived in Townley since Aug 05, and I haven't fairly content with what's going on. I'll give and example of both the good and the bad.
THE GOOD: There aren't many people loitering. Since the weather is starting to break we will see. The rental office staff attempts to remember all residents. They kept the pkg lot (street way) clear during the winter
THE BAD: You have to call more than once for maint service. Since I've been there they've been in my apt 11x's to fix something, sometimes it is the same thing more than once. Parking could be better, but I understand my pkg lot serves 3 bldgs (36 apts- no telling how many people in each). They say the tow vehicles sitting longer than a wk, but I could point out about 4 or more that haven't moved or moved 1ce since I've been there.
THE STAFF; Rhonda was mentioned alot in the other reviews, Camille was mentioned 1ce, and Ayesha was not metioned, I have had my time with each and they are all nice. To make a slight excuse for Camille, she may have been moody whatever day that person spoke to her because she WAS pregnant.
I think overall the complex is nice, and I have yet to see better- the only other apt complex outside ouf town;y that may come as a equal in ranking is Barclay Square - and that is because they are under the same management.
