townley is getting worst by the day....

I agree with the person that wrote about townley??s AC disaster in the summer, but on top of that in the winter many nights there is no hot water for several hours, and for example today, we have 40 something outside and there is no heating, and they changed the system and there is no emergency maintenance now, because no one picks up the phone or checks the messages, so chances are we will be with no heating the rest of the weekend!!
Please if you are considering Townley consider better. It??s really disastrous. Maintenance, neighbors, noise, and lately even vandalism or car thefts, at least it said that in a letter we got from the management, so Save yourselves!!
