I've lived here for five years and can not wait to move. When I first moved here, I had no problems with staff responsiveness, roaches, noise or parking. Over the years, the staff has changed and gotten more rude. Things that I've asked to get fixed are still pending (however, they do respond to emergent issues). Over the past year, right after I re-signed my lease, ironically, I started having problems with roaches. It's disgusting and many people in my building constantly complain about roaches on their beds, in their showers, in the kitchen- everywhere! Although they spray pretty often, they're not able to control it (by the way, I have traps, I spray almost daily and I have boric acid EVERYWHERE). Parking is ok, but like someone mentioned, if a resident has a few guests over, it can be difficult to find a space near your place. The noise level has increased, seemingly starting when the roaches started. Don't expect to sleep in late on weekends- kids are outside yelling and playing very early many weekend mornings and the walls are paper thin. I guess you get what you pay for. I didn't have any problems here until 2007, but that's not the case now and I did not opt to renew my lease.

I agree with the most recent post. When I moved here in 2005, it was wonderful. I had no problems with roaches, lack of staff response and quality of the people living here. Now, I can't WAIT to move! First of all, my apartment seems to be falling apart. The ceiling is leaking and it's gross. I live below an awful family with noisy kids and a mom that yells all the time. People have seem to have house parties and finding parking on the weekend is a nightmare. The new rental staff is SOO rude and has no clue. It seems like every few months they are hiring new staff. Our washers and dryers are always broken and it takes weeks for them to be fixed. At this point, I'm not sure I have anything positive to say. Over the years I have become very very unhappy while living here.
