Townley Apartments 32% Recommended Apr 25 2008: The maintenance crew at townley is very very slow in responding to complaints...I have called the office over the last 4 months about some electrical problems in my apartment and they still have not come to look at it. This Steven's Walk Apartments (formerly Montgomery Arms) 25% Recommended Apr 24 2008: I really love living at Stevens Walk Apartments, the grounds are beautifully kept, the staff is great. Anytime I have a maintenance request it is taken care of within the time allowed. The apartments are very spacious, and I loved Light House at Twin Lakes 37% Recommended Apr 15 2008: On Sunday 8/13, I saw an ad on Craig's List stating they had efficiencies starting at $729. I called the, at 1:53pm and s/w Brandon at the 800 number. I spoke with him at length and was told they had Powder Mill Village Apartments 32% Recommended Apr 02 2008: Be sure your apartment is on the edge of the community, and parking is not an issue at all. I have a laundry room in my building, but not every building does. If this is important to you, confirm. Apartment Light House at Twin Lakes 37% Recommended Mar 12 2008: Never ever move here. I'm posting a copy of my complaint letter written back in September on here as a caveat. It took my rear car window getting smashed into by a noisy neighbor living above me, who thumped around |
