By far the BEST address in Bethesda ! - Upstairs is an amazing building I definitely feel lucky to have called this my home for a year . The staff at Upstairs is amazing they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and take care of any of your needs big or small right away. Great for the price - It really depends on what building you live in. I lived in two different buildings in the three years I lived here and had two different experiences. Great Place - The Middlebrooke is great place to live. The apartments are spacious and very quiet - I hardly ever hear my neighbors. The laundry room is always clean and usually available.
