Refuse to address noisey tenants living above and refer to stomping sounds as normal apartment noise.
Left dead shrubs around pool and office area.
Entry ways to buildings are filthy with dusty stair rails and spotted/stained floors.
Management is a joke.
The rent is extremely high to have to put up with uncleanliness, poor noise barriers/insulation and cheap construction.
DON'T RENT!!!!! Have Major construction problems.... cracked walls, doors have gaps and do not fit or close properly, grouting is poorly done and cracked.
Parking decks are the greatest attribute of the community, however I didn't sleep in the garages.
