Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
Yes it was expensive living here, but we were paying for great location! These apartments are right off of 270 and 495, just minutes from downtown Bethesda, and only 15-20 minutes from downtown D.C. The staff was always very courteous and helpful. Parking was always available, even for guests. Since the complex is fairly new, everything was still in great shape and worked fine. We loved living here, but we moved out as it was time to buy a place of our own. If we were still renting, we would definitely still be at Avalon at Rock Spring.
