other than construction noise that has stopped as of last year, things are pretty good here. There are people saying construction [they were building high-rise buildings across the street] might start again soon.

my apartment was clean upon move-in. maintenance is superb in most cases and quick to solve problems well over 50% of the time.

location is decent, but not close to the metro. my place is right on I-495 so that isnt too bad.

snow removal recently was good also with the storms that came through the area and dumped a few inches.

overall, this place is pretty good but a tad pricey. then again, it is montgomery county -- what can you do'

office staff has had a LOT of turn over in the history of the place, but the latest staff IMO is the best so far. they seem to have their act together with fixing things that have gone on being wrong for too long.

...you mean like towing all of the *(&^'s who steal the parking spaces in the garage that WE PAY FOR? FINALLY I SEE THESE *%&'s GETTING TOWED WHO DON'T HAVE ROCK SPRING PERMITS. Serves them right!
