Good Apt, Sorta.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
Just moved in about 2 months ago and everything was fine... until the weather got cold. The water heater is located outside the apartment in a closet off of the balcony. This room is un-insulated and when it gets cold the hot water is only luke warm. maintence came to turn the heater up but this will only cause our gas bill to increase. If the problem gets any worse I may try finding a lawyer to see if the apt community can't be half responsible for the gas bill. Other than that the place is nice. Lots of dog poop outside though.
