Poor Management, not luxury

Noisy, poorly kept and poorly managed but nice apartments. The interior of my apartment was nice and well kept. They don't work with you at all on anything. The management during office hours NEVER answer the phone. It's ridiculous. They accused me of not paying a security deposit, and once I proved to them that it was paid, I repeatedly received more notices and them saying it wasn't their fault they could not find a receipt.
The apartments are nice, but everything else is terrible. The rent is going up also, to a ridiculous price.
