This place is FAR from a "luxury" apartment.

I should've known when my lease/apartment wasn't ready when I arrived with my movers. I waited for over three hours while they compiled my lease and cleaned my apartment. Carpet had stains from previous owner upon move in. BTW - my movers were being paid by the hour.

Staff is not very organized nor overly helpful. I've left several messages on the answering machine that have been unreturned.

The gym is OK - several pieces of cardio are broken and in need of repair. The gate to the pool is broken and anyone could get in (where is the health department''') after hours.

Neighbors are loud - and several complaints later - they are still loud (I am listening to my neighbors stereo as I sit here).

Several cars have been broken into since I've been here - including at least two in the past week.

Overall, its a good location, but I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend.
