These apts were built 2/3 yrs ago, but the construction is very, very, very poor. You can hear the person above flush the toilet, open and close cupboards/drawers, their bed creaking and even hear them peeing. You might as well be sharing your apt with them and sharing the rent!
Think twice if you appreciate privacy and a bit of quiet.
These places look pretty, but the quality is not there. There is no insulation around the pipes so you hear the water running through them, the windows are super cheap and let the cold in, the blinds are cheap and let the light in. These apartments have pretty grounds and parking, but I would prefer less pretty grounds for not hearing my neighbor's every step and every toilet flush!!! It is like living in a hotel!

oh and there is dog crap everywhere. On the sidewalks in the grass, in the apartment hallways, every where.
