Not the best, Not the worst

The quality of the apartment I lived in wasn't bad at all. Carpets, appliances and rooms were clean. The walls/floors/ceilings are a little thin, but not as bad as some reviews might lead you to believe. Staff was friendly and helpful and I never had any gripes about the amenities the community offers.
Parking isn't too bad. For the longest time, the garage door was broken, but they posted a security guard to check for permits. However, be mindful about parking when it snows! Tenants that normally park on the roof-top level will snatch up parking spaces on the lower levels the night before it's predicted to snow. There was one instance where I was forced to park on the roof when my apartment was on the second floor. Otherwise, I never had a problem finding a space to park in.
I did have a ladybug infestation in my apartment during the Spring months. I called the office asking them to spray something to get rid of the ladybugs but they refused. Apparently, ladybugs aren't considered a pest so I had to spend a month or two scraping them off my walls and vaccuming them off my floors.
Pricing sucks, but there's not much you can do about that.
