We have not had hot water for several days, despite a maintenance visit (and still waiting another) in which we were told you can't have heat and hot water at the same time!!!! That is clearly unacceptable nonsense and violates basic tenants rights. Just to be clear, we did not have our heat set at anything over 72 degrees, necessary because the apartment is so poorly insulated it is freezing cold even at that setting. To be fair, other aspects here are OK, although we had to talk about potential liability issues in order to get the garage door fixed after some tenants had their cars broken into.Yes, we can hear the neighbors above us clearly but that unfortunately does go with apartment living.
