This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. The management staff is imcompetent. As many have said, the turnover is extensive. The maitenance staff is even worse. They never fix things correctly the first time and it takes several calls to get them to come back. The office isn't open on Wednesdays so if you have a problem on a Wednesday you are out of luck. And it is a pain to get the car passes every month. They can't print a whole year's worth at once or leave them in the mail slots' Ridiculous. The walls are paper thin and yes, you can hear ever little thing. I'm on the 4th floor but I hear everything below me and on the sides so that doesn't help. There is not a single positive thing I can say about Avalon except the location.

So get a house! What do you expect? You are living in apartments. And it's NOT THAT BAD.
