These are probably the oldest apartments in existence. An old apartment wouldnt be so bad if it were kept up. But their idea of updating between tenants is another coat of pant. The outlets in my unit were all painted over. Also the outlets are only 2 prong outlets. If you have current or new electronics you will not be able to use them because 3 prong plugs dont fit. Also the maintenece guy doesnt know what he is doing. We have only been there a year and a half and we have had several outlets fall out of the wall, the entire ceiling caved in in the second bedroom, and now there is water damage on the ceiling in the living room. The manager has been notified about a month ago, and the only thing they did was look at the AC unit in the apt above me. Our ceiling is still leaking though and he says to me "I cant just snap my fingers and fix a leak." They are terrible and do not care about their tenants at all. Also the rent increases about 7% a year.
