I have lived here for almost a year now and I've had a decent experience. Everything that was broken was fixed. The noise isn't so bad if people have some sort of carpet in place, which is required but not enforced. The noice from ambulences and fire trucks can take some getting used to though. The living room and bedrooms are large and there is free parking in a nearby parking structure (1 block away) on Saturday and Sunday. 1 parking space is included with the rent as are all utilities. There is a free shuttle (two blocks away) to the metro when I feel lazy to walk to the metro. All in all I have no big complaints. The downside is that rent is going up at the end of Feb 2008 and I'm not sure it's really worth more than what I pay now.
