Stinks like a Chinese restaurant! Stay Away from this place

Two words STAY AWAY! This place stinks literally! The frekin elevator goes to sleep after 7 PM! I can't believe a place like this exist in Bethesda. I pay 2K for a dump filled with rif raffs. I was told only professionals live here. Yeah right. Bloody place is filled with unruly kids running around all over the place. Management does not care, that your neighbors are noisy. Also, this place has a perpatual stink of soya sauce. For some reason it stinks like a chinese restaurant. Stay away. I can;t wait to get done with the lease.
