Gross apartments and noisy, too. We were extremely fooled. We rented here sight unseen (from out of town), assured that these were "luxury apartments." HA! NOT EVEN! The outside of the building is really pretty, and the store is convenient, but OMG how UGLY the inside of the apartments are! Appliances and fixtures are at LEAST 15 years old, and they were cheap to begin with. The lobby is just plain dingy and depressing. Management is lazy and doesn't care what happens to you once you sign on the dotted line. I'm quite sure the upbeat reviews here that read like a real estate ad are written by shiftless management. I would avoid at all costs if I were you.

Actually, no, I am a resident and wrote the review prior to this one. Have a look around the area and compare. I think it is absolutely fine and better than most, but different strokes for different folks.
