I lived at Bethesda Place for two years, but recently moved out due to purchasing my first house. Professionally, I acquire / finance apartment buildings throughout the US; my assessment of the apartment is B quality in an A location. I would recommend this building to anyone who wants easy access to the best of the Bethesda (Metro, restaurants, stores, bike trail, etc.), but does not need abundant amenities or contemporary appliances. The staff is courteous and responsive; I never heard any noise from my neighbors; and parking is reasonably priced. For the money, I think this is a fabulous apartment.
