	A great location, with lots of college students and bad construction. If you like silence and have kids, pls do avoid.

	We've been here a month now, and have nothing else to complain about but the noice. Maitenance, rental people, renovated apartments all are fine. But the floor/roof is very bad, i.e you hear every (sic!) step. if you'd get 3rd ... more
