Bldg owner Nathan Landow is a criminal with a shady past. BEWARE and AVOID!!! Rent elsewhere from a professionally managed company.

Do a Google or a Lexis/Nexis search on NATHAN LANDOW and find out for yourself.

See reviews of Fairmont Plaza, The Seasons, and Crescent Plaza; all of which are owned by Nathan Landow and all of which you should avoid.

Do not give him one dime of your hard earned money. There are many other well managed properties in Bethesda to rent from.
