While the building is a little older than some of the others in the area, it is an excellent value. All utilities are included. All the apartments have wood flooring, and are much bigger than all of the other buildings I have seen in Bethesda. The primary downsides are that the bathrooms are small, and there is no in-apartment laundry. However, I have never had to wait to do laundry (there is one room per floor).One of the best things about the building are the great staff and concierge. Unlike the other buildings in Bethesda, they continue to be nice to you well after you have signed a lease!
