Nice Location, Poor Management

I've lived here at Fairmont Plaza for over two years now. It has nice, yet boxy one and two-bedroom units, and is in a great location off the Woodmont Triangle in Bethesda. The unfortunate fact is that Landow & Co. Management is quite poor when it comes to APARTMENT management. They only manage three complexes -- all here in Bethesda. In the two years that I've been here, there have been 4 different managers. Current management is never in their office and never returns calls. Overall, it's not bad, but management could be a LOT better.
