I lived in the building over a year and found the apartment has serious dust problems and occasional odor problems. Literally I will wipe off a table surface in the morning and come home in the evening to find a new layer of dust. There is SO much dust. Dustballs accumulate daily- imagine breathing it all in when you are sleeping. Even though they claimed to have replace the filter in my apt- the dust seemed to have gotten worse. Also, from the dumpster & restaurant downstairs, trash odors emminate into the apt.

Also, for the location, it is pretty noisy from the street - lots of fire/emergency traffic.
