Be careful when signing the lease. We looked at an apartment that was very nice except for the carpeting, which was worn and dingy. We were promised that new carpeting would be installed before we moved in and that it was Bozzuto management policy to install new carpeting whenever the carpet was in poor condition. We happily signed the lease and when we moved in we found the old dingy carpeting still in place. They now refuse to replace the carpeting. Since it wasn't specifically stated in the lease, we are now stuck with awful carpeting. A real disappointment.
