This place is not that bad. There are a lot of people in wheelchairs. Haven't noticed Section 8. Our floor is quiet and we never hear our neighbors. Our neighbors must not smoke either, because our floor never smells like smoke. My last apartment was The Chase at Bethesda and the Metropolitan is MUCH BETTER.
