I haven't moved in yet but I enjoyed meeting with the management and the leasing agents. They are courteous and patient. Because of comments on this site, I did my own research and found out after calling the Montgomery County housing authority that it is in fact a requirement by the county that developers reserve a percentage of housing for Section 8's. This is true for all apartment buildings in the area. It is actually quite admirable that a housing authority cares about social responsibility.
