Post below me is actually Metropolitan management posting, not an actual reviewer. Do you actually think we can't see through you' Disgusting, just like this building. Do yourself a favor, potential renter -- this site is the only "research" about this place you'll need. Better yet, go on a Saturday when the 58 lower-income kids are screaming in the lobby, and baby mamas are hitting them and screaming right back. Oh, yes. You certainly have "arrived" when you rent at the Metropolitan. Nothing wrong about "social responsibility" at all, Metropolitan management; however, I don't fancy paying over TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS A MONTH to live next door to Section 8s who pay under 1000 for the SAME APARTMENT.
