posts and no I'm not the person writing the no posts. I visited this building over the weekend and was given a tour. What I saw was pretty much what the no posts are saying. Really pretty building on the outside, so-so apartments (very, VERY small) with so-so appliances, but the real deal-breaker for me was what seemed to be the tenant base. I did in fact see a lot of lower income people hanging out in the lobby and I even smelled bad odors in the lobby, too. I asked the rental agent about this and she wouldn't comment. She just said they were trying to improve air quality and circulation. I think I'll pass on this building. Too many red flags.
