I've lived here for 18 months (yeah, I renewed my lease, that was dumb) and am seriously considering breaking my lease. The walls are very thin (I hear my neighbor's phone ring every night), the garage is dark, management doesn't care about problems despite multiple calls. The elevators on the south side of the building make horrible screeching noises at lease once a night (for the last 4 months) that management claims do not exist. The south lobby has massive water damage on the ceiling and broken tiles all over. And now I've had roaches in my kitchen twice in two months. I've not had any problems with crazy people though..
