Could it be because the truth is out about this ghetto, and you're working for slumlords' And new renters just aren't coming in' And your jobs are now in jeopardy' Naw. That can't possibly be it. :-)

Don't rent here, whatever you do. Run far, far, far, away. It's hellish living here. Thank God I'm out in two months. If you like living with gangsta down the hall, by all means, rent here. If you have higher standards, run.

Gangsta down the hall? How about the racist down the hall? I've reviewed apartments around Maryland and the most angry, hateful and argumentative have been Bethesda residence. What is wrong with you people? If you want something nice, don't go to an apartment building and if you want to stay away from the colored people, go to the suburbs with the rest of the terrified white people.
