I am not a manager or resident...in fact I am currently apartment hunting and wouldn't have considered the Metropolitan if I hadn't checked out this website: http://www.residentapproved.com/search/search.asp'city=BETH resident approved program is a third party survey of random residents in an apartment complex that will only show those that come out with good scores to be "approved". Needless to say, the Metropolitan did very well. There are only a few others in Mont. Co. that have successfully gone through this, which leads me to believe that it isn't as awful as some of the previous posters would have you believe. I just offer this for consideration to others like myself who are hunting and not sure who to believe...

Well this is just stupid. That site youre directing people to is written by apartment managers not residents. In fact it says at the top for managers to get a 'resident approval.' Try again.

Typical Metropolitan managment idiocy. "Hey, I've got an idea! Duh! I'll go on apartmentratings.com and try to post an ad but I'll make it seem like I'm not a leasing agent! Oooh ain't I clever!" lol!
