Came here Saturday to view. Tiny and I do mean TINY apartments. This is advertised as a 'luxury' building. This is supposed to be luxury' Cheap kitchen and bathroom apartments and noise all around' I heard street noise with the windows closed and also it was very noisy in the lobby and more importantly on the 7th floor where we looked. I think there are much better apts. in Bethesda for the amount of money these people are chargeing. Thanks but no thanks.
