I have to say that what was written above in the original message was an embarassment. I am an ------- American and I know how anyone feels that wants to have better living. I have an eleven month old daughter and I just graduated from college and paying almost three thousand dollars a month is just no feasible. I am looking into the metropolitan and of course I would have to live in an affordable unit (it is not section eight). I want to live where I can feel safe and my daughter could live in a diverse atmosphere but it makes it hard to justify ourselves as miniorities when people judge us by our skin. I do not like it when people act like this guy above, it is just ignorant. But I am afraid that just because I am black and I cannot afford a three thousand dollar apartment, I will be stereotyped. Regardless of my educational background or my mannerisms. I was hoping the metropolitan would get away from people who don't appreciate luxury living standards. Some people regardless of color never had anything nice and don't know how to appreciate it. Some treat luxury appartments like poor communities. I am not targeting this message to minorities, I am refering to all and any that cannot allow others to live peacefully.
