You've been reported. You're obviously management, and you're try to falsely inflate the ratings here. You never will -- because the REAL tenants will ALWAYS TELL IT LIKE IT IS. This building is overrun with Section 8s and baby mamas. They get to pay $500 for a two bedroom, whereas everyone else has to pay over $2,500. Oh, and they make the building really ghetto-like and nasty. Add that to the crazies who live here, and you've got a recipe for disaster. Decent people are leaving in droves.
