I have a spacious apartment with a balcony that overlooks the courtyard and love living here. My apartment is very quiet which is probably the result of having thick concrete between the floors. True they are renovating the balconies, but the building looks better for it and construction is almost finished thank goodness! What originally attracted me to this building, besides being directly next to the metro and in a fantastic area, is the very large Penthouse fitness center since I like to work out. A new property manager is starting soon and I can see a lot of busy work and reorganization going on with the staff, which looks promising.
