The Middlebrooke is great place to live. The apartments are spacious and very quiet - I hardly ever hear my neighbors. The laundry room is always clean and usually available. The maintenance staff comes immediately in an emergency (water overflowing, etc.) and they fix regular problems within a day when reported to the staff. The only issue I have is visitor parking - there isn't any. Visitors either need to park almost a block away or in the Rescue Squad lot across the street (which isn't ideal for overnight). Otherwise, I've had a great time living at Middlebrooke!

This is total BS. We run out of parking. The water is shut off at least once a month. My kitchen sink rarely ever gets hot water. The laundrys smell like mildew. My fridge died twice - although brand new - and they don't reimburse you for any of the lost food. And to top it all off the laundry machince won't put money on your laundry cards half the time. Now we have to wait for 2 weeks for the machines to be replaced. You hear the sound of sirens all night from the rescue squad and I hear the elevator going up and down in my bedroom. This place is awesome we even have a silverfish investation. I couldn't recommend it more!
