Parking Here is a RIP-OFF (and don't expect to sleep either)

To park in the garage at the Palisades, you have to PURCHASE an electronic transmitter for $50. No, this is NOT refundable. You get to keep the transmitter when you move out. Then you get to pay $125.00/mo for the privilege. At least you can have as many spaces as you can afford. The Whitney will only allow one space per apt.
And don't expect to sleep in on the weekends. Construction starts nice and early in the mornings, every morning, but Sunday.
