Most of the claims are fairly accurate and reasonable, apart from two.

The "soundproofing" is nonexistent. You can hear loud conversations between apartments, and you will definitely be bothered by the construction noise that starts a little before 8am every day. Don't think you'll get quiet time at home to work during the week. It's better than many apartment buildings, but also worse than many.

The other claim they can't match up to is the high speed internet access. Someone else complained about the slow speeds, and I can corroborate this. Expect it to be about like a fast dialup account. This is easily fixed for $40 if you get DSL or cablemodem, but don't let it factor into your decision at all. Pretend they said something like "free goat grooming" or something you wouldn't need anyway, assuming you don't own goats.

Parking is not actually part of the package, but leased from a separate business entity, so you'll have to do some running around to set everything up. In addition, parking is not assigned. This isn't a big deal now, but be ready to carry your groceries some distance once the building fills up.

The finishing is rather sloppy. If you have them do a custom paintjob, there will be paint smudges on the ceiling and fixtures, and possibly on the carpet. Cupboard doors are often dented and scuffed, along with everything else in the place. The attention to detail is superficial. Think Ikea.

All that bad stuff aside, there are many nice things. The staff is, at least now, very accomodating, although sometimes the concierges are too familiar. The utilities are compris in the rent, which simplifies things. The location is great, apart from a little nearby bar noise, but you can also walk to plenty of restaurants.

The rent is reasonable for what they offer, but don't get worked up if they fail to make good on promises regarding some of the extras. It could probably get frustrating, and many of them are solvable issues.
