My fiance and I recently moved to the Palisades, and love it here! The place has the friendliest staff imaginable, and they all go way out of their way to help you. They have helped us with wedding planning, party planning, and picking places to go on our recent vacation -- for free! The gym is top notch, though the cardio theatre seems to have some audio issues (as it did at my old apartment complex in DC).

The FREE internet access is pretty fast, despite some negative comments from others. The apartments are EXTREMELY well insulated, in terms of heat and sound: it's hard to hear my fiance from the bedroom to the living room even! And I haven't heard anything from the neighbors, and any construction is almost inaudible (I am on the 9th floor, pretty close to the floors they are finishing: 12-14)

You can pay your rent by credit card automatically -- very convenient and easy to access.

The location is amazing -- Woodmont Triangle, with all the restaurants of bethesda within walking distance. We have no car, and don't really need one, since its also close to the metro.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who can afford it!
