Some people reviewing this building claim that it's very quiet, often using the excuse that it's quieter than other places. I don't know where these people are from, but it must bear a resemblance to a dorm.

The doors have zero sound insulating ability. Sure, you don't hear much from the outside of the building, but any noise in the halls is immediately passed through the front door of the apartments. Elevator dinging' Leasing agents showing people adjacent apartments' Kids screaming and running down the hall' People chatting loudly leaving parties'

You're going to hear all of these. They're not a big deal, people have to live, but don't believe that this is a quiet building. You're not going to be working on the novel during the day or everning here.
