Management literally OUT TO LUNCH

The management is the worst that I have ever experienced! Moved in and the apartment wasn't cleaned, reserved elevator taken by another,and management didn't give a dam.
The head of the customer relations is a ----- and couldn't care less. The human resourse department must be run by a person with a borderline IQ to have hired such losers. The rental people are never there and take a four hour break each day
